Designers forecast four new looks for this winter

For this winter, load your wardrobe with floral dresses, tartans and checks, gray tweeds and rich silhouette in bright colours to battle with the cold in a fashionable style. Designers Gurpreet Pia Fleming of Bian, Rahul and Gunjan of Sirali and hair and make-up expert Samantha Kochhar have forecast four vibrant looks for the beautiful winter. “Winter does not mean that you go out of style. The paper that serves the upper Connecticut River valley of New Hampshire and Vermont says in Tuesday's edition that 51-year-old Mark Travis of Canterbury is taking over as publisher at the paper where he held his first newspaper job.
